💔 IT’S THE END OF AN ERA…
There have been a lot of rumors circulating recently about the future of Dixie Chopper, and we’ve taken some time to process everything before deciding to make this post.
After more than 25 years as a Dixie Chopper dealer, this is a difficult one for us to write.
It is with great sadness that we announce that Dixie Chopper has ceased manufacturing.
For decades, Dixie Chopper wasn’t just another mower—it was an icon in the lawn care industry. Known as “The World’s Fastest Lawn Mower,” these machines built a loyal following and became a name recognized across the country.
For over 25 years, we’ve had the privilege of being a Dixie Chopper dealer — and we were proud to be the very first Dixie Chopper dealer in Kentucky.
Over those 25+ years, we’ve sold them, serviced them, repaired them, and watched countless customers put these machines to work year after year.
We’ve built relationships around these mowers, and we know firsthand just how much they mean to the people who own them. That’s what makes this news hit a little harder.
But there is still some good news…

Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
While manufacturing may have come to an end, there are still a whole lot of Dixie Choppers out there cutting grass—and Mobile Mower Repair will continue doing everything we can to keep them running.
