We invite you to attend the annual NWTF Hunting Heritage Banquet on March 28th, featuring a raffle of two adjustable shooting target stands and a heavy-duty shooting table designed and built by Montana Durner, our talented high school work-study student. The shooting table's removable legs ensure easy transport, and its adjustable seat caters to both left and right-handed shooters. Montana has worked with us throughout the school year and will remain committed to our team during the summer and her upcoming welding school breaks in Curtis next fall.

Good things happening at the shop.

On Monday we had Skylar Garza, a student from Gothenburg come in for a job shadow, so tony took her under his wing and showed her snow pusher fabrication. She got a real look at what the welding and machine trade is all about. A couple weeks ago we also kicked off after hours practice for the FFA welding competition and have been working with students on fine tuning their skills. There is some real talent in this group!!

And then we have Montana Durner.. Montana is our work-study student from Cozad with us all year, putting in the time and learning what it really takes in the trade every day. She is working on a project right now that will be auctioned off at the NWTF Banquet on March 28th. We will share pictures when its complete

Programs like this matter. Schools, kids, and local businesses working together is how you build a stronger community and a stronger workforce.
