Los Angeles Engineering, Inc. is looking for a Contract Compliance Assistant:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Certified Payroll & Compliance: Upload CPRs to DIR, LCP Tracker, and Textura; create XML files; prepare monthly transmittals; monitor subcontractor compliance documents.

- Change Order & PO Support: Log and distribute change orders; review AP reports; monitor purchase orders for payment.

- Insurance & Documentation: Scan and upload insurance packets; manage project closeout documentation.

- Apprentice Ratio & Reporting: Compile apprentice ratio reports; update subcontractor workflow data.

- Front Desk Support: Greet visitors; manage mail and packages; assist with job applications; serve as phone backup.

- General Contract & Compliance Support: Assist the Contract & Compliance Administrator with daily tasks and projects.
