Last night was something truly special… 💜
We had the honor of being part of the very first ILLCO, Inc. Ladies in the Trades – Girls Night Out, and WOW… what a night it was!
Over 55 incredible women from the HVAC-R trades came together—strong, skilled, and absolutely inspiring. 💪
We were proud to have amazing representation from Pipefitters Local 597, along with industry leaders who showed up in a big way to support these hardworking women.

Thank you for attending our Heatcraft Larkin training on October 26th with our representative Chuck Waterson. Training consisted of new DOE compliance rules and the new refrigerants coming into the marketplace. Qualifications
1. Knowledge of HVACR products and their uses is preferred but not required
2. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others is required
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with basic math skills are required
4. Must be flexible with changes in work schedule, willing to work overtime when needed and able to take weekend and afterhours rotations as needed.
5. Must agree to and be willing to attend ongoing company provided education classes, which are often conducted afterhours, both on-site and off-site
6. Must be able to handle a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
7. Must be able to handle intermittent periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, bending, squatting
8. Drivers must hold a minimum class B CDL with air brakes.
9. If hired on as a driver, you will be required to obtain as Hazmat endorsement if you do not already have one.
