Polyurethane Casting - Works great for low to medium volume production runs. This process utilizes silicone molds to replicate injection molded quality.

This particular project involves various housings for a medical device.

Shown is a manufacturing technique referred to as rotational molding. It is a tried and true method for making hollow products.

The mold is slowly rotated, causing the material to disperse and stick to the walls of the mold. Also featured is our busy injection molding center (with CNC mills and lathes as well).
