Every masterpiece starts with a blank canvas. In our case… sheets of plywood.

A huge thank you to Coshocton Lumber Company for donating the materials that will become our Community Mural during the Canal Day Celebration.

A special shout-out to Justin, who worked closely with our muralist, Dr. Benjamin Swatez, to make sure every detail was just right. Your expertise and willingness to jump in helped turn an idea into reality.

We’re also excited to welcome two new members to Roscoe Village Foundation team Audrey Faye Phillips our new Director of Experience and Engagement and Anya Wright our new administrator assistant who jumped right in today with our Executive in Residence Sharon K. Bucey. What a great first project to be part of—helping create a piece of art that our community will enjoy for generations.

Thank you for helping us build more than a mural. You’re helping build community.

See you August 22. Let’s paint history together.
