We design and build molds. The latest one is a modular mold for epoxy and, the outer ends are changeable to allow for a different angle.The surface finish needs to be 0.4μm and, we achieved that with fine machine lines combined with polishing.

Just finished Design and Build of a Boot Bender for Testing Lab to industry standard, that will flex boots 30 deg. and 55 deg. One challenge was to get the 60 cycles a minute required for the test with the motor they provided, which was running to high when they delivered. This test equipment is expected to run millions of cycles a month.
