This morning, we got asked to repair this aluminum water tank on a well drilling rig. Water was left in the tank and it froze, cracking the seam. The old weld was ground out, the surface was cleaned and prepped, and fresh weld laid in.

We had a customer drop off this mini excavator with a broken track tensioner bracket (a common failure point on these machines). This machine only had 4 hours on it! We removed the tracks, cleaned up the material, and welded it back on. We also cleaned up the opposite side and beefed up the welds there as well. Finished it up with some touch up paint and got it back to the customer.

One of our good customers had to relocate the breaker boxes in 8 of his apartment units. We cut out some sheet metal to NEC code for electrical boxes, then powder coated them to match the paint in each unit. I think they turned out pretty good, don't you?
