Quality Manager
Responsibilities
 Compile and create PPAP documents for all customer requested PPAPs levels 0—5
o Complete PFMEA
o Illustrate process flow
o Generate control plan
 Complete/fill-in first article inspection reports using Tonnard and customer supplied forms
 Handle any and all customer quality concerns including:
o Sample approvals
o Deviation requests
o RMAs
o Inspection data requests
o Tolerancing questions
 Submit and complete pre-shipment sign-off paperwork
 Manage the quality assurance department including:
o Personnel (inspectors)
o Equipment
o Establishing process for inspection of production
 Fill-in for inspection personnel when required
 Facilitate customer and third-party audits
 Maintain the QMS per ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
 Facilitate internal Audits
 Encourage workforce participation in improvement efforts
 Issue and complete corrective and preventative action forms
 Understand and inform others of customer requirements
Qualifications
 5 years previous experience in quality management role
o Sheet metal focus preferred
 Understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
 Excellent organization skills
 Capable of effective collaboration with coworkers and customers using written and verbal
communication
 Fluent with MS office products, primarily Word and Excel
 Experience and understanding of SPC
 Independent and team-based problem solving, and leadership skills
 Evidence of abilities in coordinating and completing multiple tasks within and across
departments to meet deadlines
 Excellent blue-print reading skills including a thorough understanding of GD&T

Install tooling into punch press for various jobs and operations. Adjust timing and stroke of machines. Progressive, blanking, piercing, and form dies. Troubleshoot issues. Successful candidates should be able to set-up, operate and maintain equipment. 1-3 year’s experience REQUIRED. Our company runs mechanical as well as hydraulic presses. Tool And Die Maker

Job Summary: Set up and know how to use manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Be able to trouble shoot tooling issues and make the proper repairs. Know how to assemble new tooling and check for the right clearances. Tool tryouts, setting up the try out presses to make sure the die is producing the correct part before sent to the plant floor for production.

Job Tasks And Responsibilities:

• Need to know how to do tool repair. Polishing form tooling, sharpening blanks, pierce, and trim tools. Trouble shooting tooling issues and making the proper repairs necessary.

• Use of hand tools. Know how to use micrometers, calipers, and other hand tools precisely.

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with co-workers and management.

• Practice safe work ethics and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications: 1 years of experience in the metal stamping industries.

Safety: The employee is required to wear long pants, safety glasses, and hard toe shoes or boots during work hours.
