Set rafters & brace purlins today at the new CCFD Resource Center. Got em all up in the air! Tomorrow is all purlins! Footy done by our very own . He is already proving to be a great addition to the team!

Construction pics from last month at our project down in Riviera, TX for Mr./Mrs. Clay Hammond. The guys have been nonstop down there, now we got the electrician, plumber, and HVAC contractors going. More pictures to come. This one is starting to come to life!

Reworked some shade canopies at the Fulton Learning Center. Some were new canopies on the building addition we did the steel for last summer and some were on the existing building.

All canopies were sheeted with the Whirlwind Steel WeatherSnap 16 panels in a Evergreen color. We may be a little biased but they came out pretty slick!

Cut in framed opening for a 12’ x 14’ OH Door for Mr. Holmes. Door installed by our close friends at Hub City! Installed cover trim on header and jambs to dress up the opening some and protect the steel from the elements

Metal building roof repairs for San Patricio County! New eave struts and several roof panel repairs on this one. The salt air is no joke for these metal buildings, they need yearly maintenance checks to make sure no repairs are needed. If repairs are needed it is better to do them asap vs waiting months or even years. If you need your building inspected give us a call!

Steel “Portal Frame” shop fabricated and installed for Mr. Bill @ Dub’s Garage. This still frame is supporting the Bearing Frame rafter at the end wall of the existing building we added on to. We added this frame to open the wall for passage between the two structures since a bearing frame cannot carry the roof load as a Main Frame Rafter would. W12x26 columns and header beam w/ 3/4” epoxy bolts 9” in the slab. I think it’s safe to say that wall ain’t going anywhere

Fulton Learning Center Gym Mods - cut in framed openings for new HVAC Ducts and 6070 HM Door unit. This occurs between new building addition we built last summer and the existing gym. As always, thank you Teal Con for trusting us to handle your metal building work. We really do appreciate it

Took our boys fishing to get them away from work for a bit! put em on some fish. They embraced the grind with a slow start to the day but ended up with a box full of fish to take home. We hope you all had a good time fishing and want you all to know that we appreciate all your hard work.
