Super easy to install and I had no issues with the template. Some reviewers commented on the "thin" plastic so I was nervous taking it out of the box, but was surprised at the sturdiness of the unit. The lack of storage in this generation of Tundras is legendary. I love the truck but there is zero internal storage. The only things I could fit under the rear seats previously were a thin moving blanket and a snow brush. Ironically these don't fit anymore but now I have a hitch, cargo straps, jumper cables, bungies, and a first aid kit. Later I found a spot for the snow brush! As others have commented, cutting the carpet is emotional, but worth it. ESP has you separate the carpet backing from the pieces you have to remove and use it as insulation under the unit which works great. I used the rest of the cut out carpet as a non slip layer in the new storage bins and it is also working out great. I have to park outside and had my tote stolen from the bed. I have a tonneau cover over the bed so I am reluctant to lock the tailgate fearing someone will cut the cover so this solution is extra handy for me. Highly recommend.
