The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners, Inc. The Dyer Partnership was originally established in 1982 as Gary L. Dyer Consulting Engineers in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Later, in 1994, the firm was incorporated as The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners. Our Staff now totals 24: 9 registered engineers, 1 professional surveyor, and 14 support staff, including survey crews, designers, inspectors, engineers in training and office staff. We serve clients mainly in Western and Southwestern Oregon, but extend to Washington and California. We have 2 branch offices, located in Sutherlin and Lebanon, Oregon to better serve clients along the I-5 corridor.

A new Membrane Water Treatment Plant is underway north of Newport Oregon! The new WTP reservoir pad is in, and soon the building and structures will be erected. This facility is scheduled to be constructed in late 2026. We are excited to see this project come to fruition!

• Perform research and write technical reports for project planning, design, and inspection.
• Prepare engineering and construction cost estimates.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field.
• Oregon PE license, or ability to obtain, required.
• Strong technical report writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate successfully in a team environment.

• Previous experience working on municipal water, wastewater, storm water, transportation and related engineering projects (at least five years)
• Quality and accuracy shall be maintained in all work.
