From advanced manufacturing processes to impressive testing capabilities, it was exciting to see firsthand the craftsmanship, precision, and dedication that go into producing world-class burner systems.

Another successful round of Boiler Basics is officially in the books at Hurst Boiler! 🔥📚

Over the past several weeks, our team spent time diving deeper into every aspect of the boiler industry — from fundamentals and fabrication to welding, piping, burners, quality control, and so much more. One of the best parts of this class is seeing employees from different departments come together, ask questions, share knowledge, and gain a better understanding of how every role plays a part in the bigger picture.

We wrapped up this round with another incredible hands-on experience and couldn’t be more proud of everyone who dedicated their time to learning and growing together as a team. A huge thank-you to Blake Lehman and Hayley Palmer for once again leading the class and investing so much into our employees throughout the course.

We’ve loved seeing the excitement and positive feedback surrounding Boiler Basics and are incredibly thankful for a team that’s always willing to learn more, grow more, and continue building on their knowledge. Great job, everyone! 👏🔥

We’ve always had a clinic… but did you know we recently built a brand new one? We’re putting the finishing touches on it now, and it’s already looking incredible.

One of the best parts? This on-site clinic is exclusively for our Hurst employees. It’s just one of the many ways we take care of our team. From same-day appointments to annual checkups and everything in between, they have easy, convenient access to care right here at work. ❤️

We’re proud to be able to offer something like this to our employees and their well-being means everything to us.

First Friday Fun + Maryland’s Fried Chicken… it almost felt like Christmas all over again! 🎉🍗

We had an amazing time at First Friday and truly enjoyed the opportunity to come together as a team. It’s always great to step away for a moment, connect, and just have some fun. A special highlight was having VyStar Credit Union and Diversified Benefits on site… giving everyone a chance to stop by, ask questions, and get the support they need right on the floor. That kind of accessibility makes a big difference.

Thank you all for continuing to look out for one another, prioritizing safety, and pushing through these rising temperatures with such a great attitude. Your teamwork and commitment don’t go unnoticed.

We always enjoy opening our doors to great partners, and hosting Associated Equipment Sales was no exception. Their visit was a fantastic opportunity to connect, talk through upcoming projects, explore the latest boiler technology, and simply enjoy some good conversation together. 🔥

AES has been a truly valued partner of ours — consistently going above and beyond for their own clients while being an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. That kind of partnership doesn’t go unnoticed.

From walking through upcoming jobs to showcasing the craftsmanship and people behind Hurst Boiler, it was a trip we genuinely appreciated. And with great company and beautiful weather to top it off, it doesn’t get much better than that. 👏
