It has been brought to our attention that we may have missed some phone calls recently due to a call not going through. Unfortunately, we do rely on Cell signal quite often while we are primarily working from our trucks. Also, we are getting an extreme amount of these digital spam calls which have been tying our lines up. Our dispatch cell received 168 SPAM calls yesterday. We cannot do anything about these calls or able to stop these from coming in since we are required by government agencies to not have spam blockers on our phones so they can call us from blocked numbers. If you do try our dispatch line and don’t get answered or receive a deadline. Please wait a few minutes and try again. We are definitely not avoiding anybody’s calls.
