What’s your go-to for cleaning up a machine before it ships?

Ours might be a little unconventional, Scrubbing Bubbles.

It does a great job getting fingerprints and shop grime off without leaving streaks or smears behind.

We’ve tried quite a few things over the years, but keep coming back to it.

Our team is getting ready to begin assembly on another custom laser engraving and inspection machine.

Progress update from the shop.

Our team is in the plumbing phase of a custom hydrostatic test system, carefully installing the hydraulic and pressure testing circuits that will become the backbone of the machine.

While this stage doesn’t have the flash of a completed machine, it’s one of the most critical. Proper component layout, clean plumbing practices, and maintainability all contribute to reliable performance in the field.

Every detail matters.

Another large project moving along here at AHE Automation!

This hydrostatic tester is currently in fabrication, and it’s a good example of what we do every day. From engineering and fabrication to controls and programming, our team handles the entire build from start to finish.

This week, our Cookeville Automation team has been busy finishing up a rush OEM control panel order for a customer by the end of the month.

These are the kinds of weeks that take focus, teamwork, and attention to detail from everyone involved; from layout and wiring to final checks and getting panels ready to ship.

Great job to the team on a successful week and another solid push out of the shop.
