Flexial is operating normal hours for all shifts, 3rd shift 2/1/2026 and all shifts tomorrow 2/2/2026. Employees are encouraged to be safe and use discretion when traveling on roadways to work that could have localized snow covered areas.

Flexial’s facility will be open for Friday’s 1st shift schedule (salary and hourly Jan 10th). Also, in anticipation of the weather event impacting afternoon hours, we will be closing for 2nd shift on Friday and all scheduled overtime. The facility will reopen on 3rd shift Sunday, Jan 12th. We understand road conditions may change rapidly while at work or before driving into work, so please use discretion when deciding to leave work or when driving to work.

Because of the new weather event, the points/attendance policy will be suspended. For those missing time, please complete the Time-Off Form to ensure that leave is properly defined as without pay or with pay (PTO). We will continue to monitor the situation and update the call-in line, Facebook, and GroupMe as the weather conditions change. Please use the call-in number 931-432-8458 to leave a message for your supervisor. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Technical Lead or Supervisor.
