💬 HOW DOES OUR AUCTION WORK?
Come bid with confidence and clarity:
>> There’s no minimum bid and no fixed retail prices. The final price depends on the bidders.
>> Kitchen cabinets are auctioned as a set, and winning bidders are able to add or exchange pieces as needed. Flooring is auctioned by square foot; decking by lineal foot.
>> For all items, if we have multiples available, other bidders may be able to buy the same item at the winning bid price.
>> For choice items, such as appliances and others, the highest bidder picks first, then others may choose from what is left at that same price.
