🇺🇸 HONOR • REMEMBER • NEVER FORGET 🇺🇸

Tomorrow we will come together to remember and honor the heroes and innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001 at Jack Stephens center

Gym Services is proud to be part of this special tribute event, and we invite you to come out, spend time with the community, and take the plunge with us!

Stop by and try one of our cold plunges, meet some great people, and most importantly, help us honor the courage, sacrifice, and memory of those we lost.

🇺🇸 We remember the fallen. We honor the heroes. We will never forget.

If you’re in the market for some CrossFit gym equipment reach out to me. One of my customers is closing their CrossFit gym down. Out of respect for them, I’m not disclosing the name at this time. Reach out and I will help you get a price or get connected with the owner.

The ride doesn’t end when you unclip. 🚴‍♂️🧊

After putting in the miles and pushing your limits, how you recover is just as important as how you ride. Having a dedicated recovery setup right next to the bikes is an absolute game-changer.

Jumping into a cold plunge after a long session in the saddle does wonders for the body:

🔹 Reduces Inflammation: Cold therapy constricts blood vessels, helping to decrease swelling and muscle soreness.
🔹 Flushes Lactic Acid: It helps clear out the metabolic waste that builds up in your legs during those tough climbs.
🔹 Speeds Up Recovery: Faster muscle repair means you can get back on the bike sooner and stronger.
🔹 Mental Toughness: If you can conquer the ice, you can conquer that next big hill.

Your muscles will thank you tomorrow. How do you prefer to recover after a heavy ride? Let me know below! 👇
