It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend and teammate, Ryan Hay.

Ryan was much more than a valued member of the Tipton family. He was the kind of person who made everyone feel welcome. His kindness, genuine smile, and caring heart left a lasting impression on customers, manufacturers, coworkers, and friends throughout our industry.

For many years, Ryan represented Tipton Company with integrity, professionalism, and a servant's heart. He built relationships that went far beyond business, and those who had the privilege of knowing him knew they had a true friend.

Above all else, Ryan loved his family. Our hearts are with his wife, Melanie, his son, Austin, and all who loved him during this incredibly difficult time.

Ryan's presence will be deeply missed, but the impact he made on so many lives will never be forgotten.

Forty eight years.....

Just take a moment and let that sink in.

For 48 years, Olga Gonzalez has been the steady heartbeat of our warehouse. Through the Texas heat, the winter cold, countless shipments, tight deadlines, and busy days, she has been the person who makes sure our customers receive what they need and our team can count on the work getting done.

She doesn't seek the spotlight. She simply shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. That kind of dedication is rare, and it's something we're incredibly grateful for.

Olga, thank you for your commitment, your work ethic, and the example you've set for all of us over nearly five decades. Tipton Company wouldn't be the same without you.
