Making progress on the prototype engine mount for the CRF450.

Over the weekend, we put the latest prototype engine mount to the test for the CRF450. It performed pretty well, although there are still a few adjustments to be made, as well as some significant trimming to reduce weight. We managed to shift the engine to the left by nearly 2.5 inches, and the radiator mount is now integrated into the engine mount.

Cases are CNC cut to ensure proper fitment every time.

Design validated using FEA simulation software.

The setup uses a Hegar pulley driver and a Birky Clutch.
