WE’RE BACK!

Took a hiatus for a little while. As it does with anyone, life happened and I needed some time to focus on some personal matters. However we’re back and better than ever! Accepting smaller jobs as of this moment. By the new year we should be in full swing ready to rock and roll.

In the meantime, I have fire pits! (made per order) they burn hot and bright as well as keeping your legs warm through the lower grate. I will be uploading photos of a finished product (this is a prototype) soon after other more pressing projects are completed. The finished product will come painted (heat resistant of course) with an adjustable cooking grate and ash shovel as well as a top cap when not jn use. All this at the same price as the competition ($350), much more durable and made right here Washington state!

I bit the bullet and picked myself up a spool gun. Was going to need one of these anyways so sooner is better than later. Also needed it for a small but very important job last night. Customer called stating he had completely stripped out a hole in a cast aluminum block which a coolant crossover pipe (Subaru) bolts into. I filled the hole precisely, and customer re-drilled, tapped and helicoiled the hole. The crossover pipe now bolts up how it should and will be leak free! A simple job, but an efficient fix saving hundreds of dollars and hours of time it would take to swap everything into a new block.

Customer had a damaged a-frame trailer coupler that was bent up pretty bad. The coupler was also welded to the frame. I opted for a bolt on coupler design and reinforced the frame around the tongue of the trailer. Now should the coupler be damaged in the future, it can be replaced with ease. Another happy customer 👍

This customer needed a way to keep tires inside this rack without falling onto the street. They called me up and I started working on it right away. Found some creative material solutions as well. Welded up some ”prison bars”, a bottom lip, wire mesh, and two swing gates. I’d reckon she holds quite a bit more tires than it did before. Thankyou Manny,s Tire's and Auto Repair for the job, and if anyone needs any auto work done, hit my brother up. Does great work and has fair pricing 👍
