Bring Your Child to Work Day is an annual event at the Concordville Campus! This is a huge team effort and employees from all areas of the business participate in the planning and ex*****on of the day!

Our Customer Service/Inside Sales Team hosted a game of Latch Bingo to highlight our product line. The HR Team held Office Olympics to showcase our wellness initiatives. The Manufacturing/Engineering teams took the children on a tour of our facility which included a stop at our 3D printers where custom give aways were made for each child. Finally, our Continuous Improvement and Learning/Development Team taught the children about our assembly practices, while touching on our company philanthropy efforts - each child participated in assembling care packages for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).

Traditions like these connect our employees, our families, and our communities together! Thank you to everyone who participated!

This week we honored 2 retirees who have had an incredible impact to Southco, Inc.

Bill Doyle (37 Years of Service) and Stefan Koveal (38 Years of Service) will be retiring at the end of this month and to celebrate them we held a traditional retirement ceremony. The room was packed with employees, family, and other Southco retirees, along with employees from across the globe tuned in to offer their congratulations.

The business relationships and personal friendships we have with Bill and Stefan have been a source of enrichment and enjoyment to all of us. We shall miss them greatly and wish them all the best in their retirements!
