🚜 Another Hay Field Repair Complete! 🌾

We recently got the call on this Vermeer hay cutter that was dealing with multiple leaking hydraulic lines. We tracked down the problem and repaired four leaking hydraulic lines to get the cutter back in working order.

No one wants equipment sitting down when hay season is rolling, so we got it taken care of and made sure this customer was back in the hay field and back to work! 💪🔧

🚜 Another hydraulic leak found and taken care of by Diamond P Mechanics!

This John Deere came in with a hydraulic oil leak that needed to be tracked down. After inspecting the system, we found the hydraulic oil cooler was leaking and needed to be replaced.

We got the old cooler out, installed a replacement, checked the hydraulic system, and made sure everything was back in working order. 💪🔧

This tractor came into Diamond P Mechanics with an issue in the steering cylinder. After tearing it down for inspection, we found deep scoring inside the cylinder barrel.

Rather than installing new seals into a damaged barrel and risking them blowing out shortly after the repair, we made the call to replace the entire steering cylinder. Sometimes doing the job right means looking beyond the obvious repair and addressing the root of the problem. 💪

Now this tractor is back together and ready to get back to work — because downtime isn’t an option when you’ve got work to do.

🚜 Another Field Repair Complete! 🔧

This Case skid steer was having a serious issue with the hydraulics locking up, bringing work to a stop. Diamond P Mechanics was called out to the field to diagnose the problem and get this machine back to work.

After troubleshooting the hydraulic system, we tracked the issue down to a faulty solenoid. We replaced the solenoid, tested the machine, and got the hydraulics operating properly again. 💪

🚜 Another field service call completed by Diamond P Mechanics! 🔧❄️

This Kubota was having A/C issues, so instead of bringing the tractor to the shop, we took the shop to it!

After diagnosing the system, we found a few issues causing the problem — faulty wiring, a bad A/C switch, and the Freon charge being out of spec.

We got the wiring repaired, replaced the faulty switch, corrected the Freon charge, and got the A/C back up and running properly.

No unnecessary downtime. Just quality repairs done right in the field and getting the equipment back to work!
