3D Designs Inc. is a growing fabrication company looking to add dependable people to our team.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in building quality products. Whether you're an experienced fabricator or someone with a strong work ethic looking to learn a trade, we'd like to hear from you.

We're hiring for multiple full-time positions. Depending on the opening, responsibilities may include:

• Material handling and moving steel throughout the shop
• General shop labor and production support
• Operating laser cutting, forming, punching, and fabrication equipment
• Welding and assembly
• Loading and unloading materials and finished products
• Reading blueprints and following work instructions
• Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

We're looking for people who:

✔ Show up every day ready to work
✔ Take pride in doing quality work
✔ Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
✔ Work well independently and as part of a team
✔ Have fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or mechanical experience (preferred but not required)
