Last month, the Toyota Women’s Impact Network (T-WIN) held its inaugural Women’s Leadership Conference at Toyota Material Handling, commemorating the 10-year anniversary of its inception and emphasizing the empowerment of women throughout the organization.

Over two inspiring days, women from diverse backgrounds, departments, and locations came together to connect, learn, and grow. Through keynote presentations, roundtable discussions, and candid conversations, attendees explored leadership in action, focusing on resilience, mentorship, authenticity, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

Toyota leaders Brett Wood, Tracy Stachniak, Lea Ann King, along with several guest speakers, fostered meaningful dialogue around career growth, leadership presence, work-life balance, and navigating new opportunities. The conference reinforced an important message: everyone deserves a seat at the table, and great leaders help create space for others.
