August 20, 2013 - Bill Austin & Associates, Inc. Named to 2013 Inc. 500|5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies

Nashville, Indiana based Bill Austin & Associates, Inc. (BAA) is proud to announce it has been named #726 on the 32nd annual Inc. Magazine 500|5000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America. This puts them in the top 15% in the nation.

Located in Nashville with primary offices in Columbus, Indiana, BAA is a privately owned company specializing in Systems Engineering and Information Technology with particular emphasis on embedded computer systems and highly regulated industries.

Since 2009 BAA has grown to become a multi-million dollar company with a 633% growth rate in just 36 short months. “I’m encouraged that a small company in the midwest with such a pool of excellent talent can be recognized for accomplishing what we have on a national stage as prestigious as the Inc. 500|5000 list,” said President and CEO Bill Austin.

The Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2009 through 2013. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generated revenue by March 31, 2009. Additionally, a company must have been US –based, privately held, for profit and independent. Revenue in 2009 must have been at least $100,000 with revenue of at least $2 million in 2012. This year’s honorees added more than 44,000 jobs to the US marketplace. BAA’s inclusion to the list includes them in the company of past honorees such as Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Pandora and Living Social.
