We produce a large variety of tongs, punches, chisels, drifts, hammers, Tire Hammers and more! My work includes items from dinner bells, hooks, bathroom hardware, and kitchen hardware, to gates, railings, furniture, and firescreens. I work with art shows, galleries, and individual clientele on a personal basis to provide detailed and beautiful pieces of function and art that will last you for many

-years. I have been working as a blacksmith for over seven years now, and have had opportunity of learning from, and working along side some of the best and most well-known smiths in the country. In addition to working here in the shop doing custom work, I provide a wide range of blacksmith tools for sale. These include,

I also offer classes teaching highly efficient blacksmithing techniques, as well as how to make, use, and maintain tools. My teaching follows the ideas and forging theories of Master Blacksmith Brian Brazeal. I demonstrate blacksmithing in a wide variety of venues. I got my start as a Civil War reenactor, demonstrating primarily for spectators and school kids, and selling to the reenactors. I typically demonstrate at art shows, giving the general public an idea of what blacksmithing is all about. I was one of the four Young Smiths 2012 allowed to demonstrate at the 2012 ABANA conference in Rapid City South Dakota, in coordination with the Brian Brazeal forging team. In our last post we asked for your best guesses on how many inches of weld we put down on this batch of 25 Tire Hammers! We had some great guesses including some super low ones at 2500 and 3000 inches as well as some very high guesses like 21,000 and 50,000…but our closest guess came from Brian Cooper at 9,375” which is very close to the real number of 10,775 inches of weld for this entire batch! CONGRATULATIONS to Brian Cooper for an awesome guess! We’ll be in touch shortly to get you some new FFForge Tire Hammer dies or $275 off a Tire Hammer purchase!
