Job Duties/Description:

Entering data on our website and interoffice database
Searching the internet for bidding construction projects
Managing those projects
Making phone calls & sending emails
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
We are looking for a person with the right skills and attitude to supplement our awesome team. People from all walks of life are encouraged to apply.

Preference will be given to those with the following:

Exceptional phone abilities
Proven general office skills and experience
Solid work history
Positive attitude
Self-motivation to do a hard day's work each day

Searching for and saving documents to be uploaded on our website
Preference will be given to applicants with the following:

Exceptional verbal abilities with at least 2 years of experience in phone work
Proven admin skills with at least 2 years of experience providing customer service
Excellent grammar and typing skills for written communication
Outstanding communication abilities and organization strategies
Solid work history and at least two professional references from previous employers
Ability to work alone and with a diverse team
