The firm began as an environmental engineering consulting firm providing specialized services primarily in the field of hazardous waste management. The services provided encompassed performance of assessment and feasibility studies, remediation and treatment studies. Over the years, ECE‘s services have expanded to include a plethora o
f services with qualified and highly trained engineers and scientists. ECE has grown from a one-dimensional provider of environmental engineering services to a provider of a full range of engineering services. Currently, ECE has grown into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm that specializes in environmental and water/wastewater engineering. With headquarters located in Columbia, Maryland, ECE holds other branch locations in Mitchellville, MD, Richmond, VA, and Virginia Beach, VA. ECE’s professional staff includes an assortment of professional engineers, scientists, and inspectors with backgrounds in civil engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, water and wastewater engineering, construction management, construction inspection, and construction monitoring.
