🌿 Connecting Communities
This greenway is a proposed 1.3-mile multi-use path stretching from North Trenholm Road Extension to Trenholm Road in Council District 3. Funded by the Transportation Penny Program, the project aims to enhance access, improve walkability, and beautify natural areas—while fostering new connections between neighborhoods, schools, and community spaces.

Even if you couldn’t attend, you can still get involved! The proposed greenway will stretch from North Trenholm Road Extension to Trenholm Road, connecting neighborhoods and enhancing natural spaces.

NEW NAVIGATIONS. The Transportation Penny program continues to improve walkability and community connections. The program's latest effort is the proposed Jackson Creek Greenway Project in Council District 3.

Be a part of the planning process for this project by attending an open-house meeting. It begins at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 24 at the Richland County Magistrate's Office Community Room, 2500 Decker Blvd., Columbia.
