Pretty floors fail. This flake epoxy system at Grassland Middle School absorbed urine and chemicals over time — and the smell proved it. Our industrial epoxy isn’t protected by a topcoat… the protection runs all the way through.
That’s how public restroom floors should be built.

Most commercial floors sit on top of concrete like a layer of paint and never really bond in the first place.
Everlast Pro Floor is different. It features a next-generation primer that pe*****tes deep into the concrete, creating a permanent chemical bond. That means no lifting corners and no early replacements.
It’s not just what we leave out, like water, weak pigments, and harsh solvents. It’s what we put in:
● 100% solids epoxy resin

● Seamless quartz finish

● A clean install with low VOCs

The result? A floor that doesn’t sit on the surface. It becomes part of it.

You've probably seen floor companies claiming "Polyurea is 20x stronger than epoxy!" It sounds impressive. It's also misleading.

Here's what they're not telling you: They're cherry-picking one specific test – "Elongation at Break" – where polyurea beats epoxy. This test stretches a specimen until it snaps, like pulling bubble gum apart. Polyurea is more elastic, so it stretches further before breaking.

But here's the problem: Bubble gum is also more elastic than epoxy. Would you want bubble gum as your floor?

Most Floors Are Difficult To Clean,
Everlast Pro Floor Is EASY!

If you have new floors that are exposed to lots of foot traffic or machinery, you will quickly discover that they absolutely must be easy to clean.

Tough-to-clean floors spend more time looking dirty...

Customers are turned off by the smell and sight of grime...and you will need to shell out more cash in hourly wages just to maintain a minimum standard in your establishment.
What’s more, dirty floors are also unsanitary.

Why Most Floors Don't Stick Around
Most epoxy floors use a fast curing primer.
Everlast Pro Floor knows Slow Curing = Better Bonding

Think of honey soaking into concrete. It's slow, right? Epoxy works the same way – it soaks into concrete slowly, then gets hard.

Here's the key: Turning into gel is the first step in the hardening process. Once epoxy gels, it stops soaking into concrete.

For a strong bond, we want our primer to pe*****te deep into the concrete, to grab it and hold on tight. It's like the difference between trying to grab a bowling ball with a wet hand (slippery, no grip) and grabbing a basketball with a dry hand (secure grip).

They’re adding dirt to your epoxy floor.
Pigments are "dirt" – they're minerals from the earth.
Everlast® Pro Floor gets all its color from the quartz or polymer flakes that are added. Other systems cut corners by compromising durability, substituting a broadcast coating with a primer that contains 30-40% "dirt."
Not us.

Want a scoop of dirt in your epoxy floor?
Pigments are "dirt" – they're minerals from the earth. Everlast® Pro Floor gets all its color from the quartz or polymer flakes that are added. Our primer is pure with no pigments added because we want it to last a long time and actually adhere to the concrete.

ONE-DAY Floors for Sale!!!
Just kidding! Most floor failures start with poor adhesion. While fast-cure systems get rushed in and sit on top of concrete, Everlast Epoxy’s floors take the time to bond at the molecular level.
The result? A floor that doesn’t just stick – it becomes part of your concrete.
