Heavy-duty chute repair and reinforcement from start to finish! 💪
☑️ Removed and replaced the damaged floor parent section and bottom support rib, which had worn completely through.
☑️ Installed five inside support plates with drilled holes and transferred the hole pattern through the parent metal floor plates for proper alignment.
☑️ Installed 52 Spokane Industries 109-3036 brick liners inside the chute for added wear protection and extended service life.

Ever gotten a bushing stuck? Scared to post this and jinx our shop but they've done a ton of these and have a proven track record of success!

The shop machines the bores and then soak the bushings in liquid nitrogen to shrink the outside diameter to achieve an OEM spec “crush”.

The machined bores are slightly heat-treated in order to expand them to accept the frozen bushings.
