Altia, a global leader in graphical user interface (GUI) software for production embedded displays, is proud to announce that we have been named Best Workplace by The Colorado Springs Gazette, LLC for the ninth year in a row. This incredible achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an exceptional workplace for our team.
The Best Workplace recognition is based on an independent survey of thousands of employees across the Colorado Springs area. Participants evaluate their employers on key aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, communication, innovation, diversity and overall organizational health.
The Gazette received nominations from private, public and nonprofit organizations throughout the Pikes Peak Region. Employees from these organizations completed detailed surveys assessing engagement, work-life balance, training opportunities, compensation, benefits and corporate social responsibility.
“Winning this award for nine consecutive years is truly remarkable,” said Mike Juran, CEO and co-founder of Altia. “It speaks volumes about the culture we’ve built together. Our team’s creativity, resilience and commitment to excellence make Altia a great place to work—and we’ll keep striving to make it even better.”
“At Altia, our people are the heart of everything we do,” said Andrea Heffernan, Director of People Operations. “We’ve built a culture where collaboration, creativity and respect aren’t just words—they’re how we work every day. Winning this award for the ninth year proves that when you invest in your team, amazing things happen. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited for what’s ahead.”
