Good Afternoon, COS Foodservice Friends!! I have a weird question for you. As most of you know, we have a showroom and a test kitchen. In that test kitchen, a year or 2 ago, we were running a fryer as a demo. We fried 3 or four cases of wings...and maybe a couple other minor things. Since then, we have vacated the oil into containers and it has sat there ever since. Lightly used oil.
1st and foremost, is there anyone who wants the oil for any reason? If so, it's yours.
2nd, If you know someone who might want it, feel free to shoot me a message!
3. If there is a place I can bring the oil to to simply dump it, please let us know!
