🔹 Armed Forces Day – Celebrates those currently serving in our nation’s military.

BMP is proud to introduce our NDT team.

Daryl Cole (right) is BMP’s first Magnetic Particle Level II Inspector and also serves as our PT Level II Inspector. He brings 15 years of experience in NDT services, including PT, MT, UT, RT, and PMI.

Mike Lafollette (left) is our PT Level II Inspector and MT Level I Inspector. Mike has 25 years of experience in aerospace, with 20 of those years dedicated to NDT.

BMP is planning to expand our current NADCAP NDT approval to include Magnetic Particle Testing in August 2026, with Boeing approval to follow.

We are pleased to have Daryl and Mike as part of our team.
