We're proud to partner with Bellows Free Academy through its Work-Based Learning Program, providing students with valuable hands-on experience in the skilled trades.

Kaleb joined Hazelett on May 18 and has quickly demonstrated determination, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning. As he graduates and continues his career with us full-time, we're excited to support his future growth and success.

We were also honored to attend Skilled Trades Signing Day 2026, celebrating students who have committed to careers in the trades. Congratulations to Kaleb and all of the students recognized at this special event!

Hazelett is proud to partner with the Burlington Technical Center (BTC) to help students gain real-world experience and build rewarding careers in manufacturing.

Jayden joined our team on March 3 through BTC's Cooperative Technical Education Program and Work-Based Learning Training Plan as part of the Design, Engineering & Fabrication program. Throughout his time with us, Jayden has demonstrated a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. His dedication and ability to quickly develop new skills have made him a valuable member of our team.

Congratulations to Jayden on graduating high school and successfully completing the program! We are excited to welcome him as a full-time employee and look forward to supporting his continued growth at Hazelett.

Join us in congratulating Wes Black on earning his degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Vermont State University! 🎓

Wes joined Hazelett at the beginning of 2025 as a Machine Operator I while pursuing his degree, then transitioned to our Manufacturing Engineering team for a summer internship. He continued working part-time throughout the school year, gaining hands-on experience while completing his studies.

Wes shared that his experience at Hazelett provided valuable real-world perspective on applying what he learned in the classroom and served as a stepping stone to beginning his career full-time with our team.

We are proud to celebrate both his graduation and his transition into a full-time role at Hazelett. Congratulations, Wes, on this exciting achievement!

🔋🌱 Battery Bonanza in action! 🌱🔋
Hazelett was proud to partner with the 4th and 5th graders at Westford Elementary School for their Battery Bonanza competition! Students learned how batteries are made, their environmental impact, and why recycling matters.
To support their efforts, Hazelett supplied 600 pounds of batteries as Westford competed alongside 15 other schools.
Way to go, Westford students—future environmental leaders in the making! ♻️👏
