This Dodge one ton came into Busy b's after the control arm mounting bracket let go and sent her flyin’. Cut out the damaged metal, rebuilt the mount, plated and reinforced everything to get this ranch rig back stronger than before.

From deep blues and bronzes to vibrant golds and purples, the torch tempering gives the metal a bold finish that can’t be replicated. Built with western character and handcrafted detail, these elk pieces combine raw fabrication, artistic freehand cutting, and heat-colored steel into functional artwork made to stand out in the new beer room.

The original drain on this project was 15” wide with a max depth of 10”, which made it unsafe to drive over and impractical for everyday use.

We replaced it with 35 feet of 6” stainless steel trench drain with galvanized grating, creating a solid, driveable surface while still moving water exactly where it needs to go. Everything was set tight and level for clean, consistent flow.

Finished with fresh concrete to tie it all together—a beautiful addition to this gorgeous home.

A project like this is all about the details you don’t always notice right away. Proper slope, clean edges, and making sure every part of the system works together.

Here in Cody, WY, water management is a big deal—snowmelt and runoff can do serious damage if it’s not handled right. We installed a custom 6” stainless drain trough with galvanized grating and paired it with custom concrete work to control the flow and protect the entry.
