The CWC Community Wastewater Management Program funds the planning, design and construction of community septic systems, wastewater treatment plants and/or the creation of septic maintenance districts in several hamlets identified in the 1997 NYC Watershed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The West Conesville Community Wastewater Management Project was completed successfully under budget.

The project was funded through a over $8 million block grant, with total project costs coming in under budget by over $500,000.

This achievement reflects careful planning, strong project management, and responsible stewardship of public funds. We appreciate the collaboration of our partners and stakeholders who helped ensure the successful and cost-effective delivery of this important community infrastructure project.
