Update so since Tuesday afternoon my husband and I have been on the phone for hours with tech support and yesterday the conclusion is. Ribbon problem… (maybe)if you see how many ribbons are in these big machines if ink gets on any part of them things happen. I think my green leaked on a ribbon
good news the ribbon they think is bad which is 💰 so cross your fingers by Tuesday it’s here and we can see if this is the problem!! So Bad news my machine is down… I am sorry.
if you have an order with me that I did not tell you was ready which I spoke with most of you already me
let me know we can figure something out or if you can wait until hopefully Wed or Thur next week l! I pray the ribbon solves my problem!!
Why am I writing all of this as a small business we get hiccups and unlike large corporations, they have the same machine 10 times over and can keep working. I work hard to build my customer base and small business and in one week I can lose all my their client base because you can go somewhere else.. so I’m transparent so there’s no surprises and I want to put out the most quality products!
