Role Description
This position is for a full-time on-site Operator. Most projects are 4-10s or 5-10s with occasional weekend work as required. Operator will be responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day tasks related to excavation, site grading, installation of subsurface drainage, and foundation installation. will be operating a full range of equipment (skid steer, excavator, wheel loader, dozer, etc.). This role requires working on-site in the Clinton ,LA and surrounding areas mostly South Louisiana. Hourly compensation and other benefits based on knowledge provided in operating equipment.
Qualifications
-Equipment Operation, Excavation, and fine grading skills
-Experience in equipment maintenance and heavy equipment operation
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
-Safety conscious with knowledge of construction safety protocols
-Class A cdl with clear mvr and able to pass a drug test
