This isn’t a “just enter the numbers” job. You’ll research products, verify pricing and availability, and build accurate Excel-based quotes that help our team win business. With more than 1,000 quote requests each week, your attention to detail and follow-through will make a real difference.

What’s in it for you?
✅ $20–$27 per hour
✅ 100% employer-paid BCBS Silver health insurance premiums
✅ 3–6% bonus of gross pay, paid every 6 months

The schedule up front:
📍 On-site only | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.

You could be a great fit if you’re comfortable with Excel, have at least 6 months of online purchasing or sourcing experience, and enjoy solving problems. We’re looking for someone who keeps searching, checks the details, communicates clearly, and finishes what they start.

Freer Tool & Supply is looking for an experienced, all-around grinder who brings skill, sound judgment, and attention to detail to every job.

What you’ll bring:
You have 5–10 years of experience setting up and grinding on manual OD, ID, and surface grinders, both wet and dry. You’re comfortable reading blueprints and GD&T, selecting and dressing wheels, and using precision measuring equipment. You take ownership of your work—from the first setup to the final inspection.

What you’ll do:
Set up and grind workpieces to print tolerances, choose the right wheels and grinding methods, and verify quality throughout the process—not just at the end. You’ll help keep your equipment and work area clean, safe, and organized.
