Summary: Responsible for a variety HR function and activities, such as recruitment, personnel
records, etc.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for creating and fostering a positive work environment by actively driving HR
projects such as “Culture by Design” 8 step Framework, role clarity, etc.
• Keep abreast and advise management of applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations
• Participate in the development and training of personnel with management
• Administer benefits and assist staff with concerns regarding their benefits
• Enforce Company policy compliance throughout workforce
• Responsible for maintaining a schedule that interfaces with personnel from all 3 shifts
• Creates and delivers HR reports as needed
• Responsible for all recruitment for all open positions
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Proficient in MS Suites, especially Excel
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Multi-lingual ability, especially Spanish, Polish, or Gujarati (Eastern Indian dialect) a plus
• Excellent attention-to-detail
• Flexibility in managing changing priorities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple or conflicting deadlines
• Commitment to ongoing education
• Sensitivity to confidential matters
