Jowi Mobile Racks 😊
Made is Austria, and built to last many generations.
This is the “W” model.
It is an expandable rack that can be used for very small parts as well as long parts, or both at the same time.
It can also be configured as a double sided rack, in which you can adjust the length.
When not in use, this Jowi rack collapses to take up a very small footprint in your facility.

Here is a recent KRC CNC install that was done in Alaska.
They opted for a 5x12 with prelabeling, automatic loading and offloading.

So you were impressed with how easy it was to load the 10’ board?
Well here is a full 3/4” 4x8 panel that I load with EASE!!!
The air table causes the board to literally float into place, while the automatic infeed (TransStart) grabs the board, pulls it against the fence (to prevent misfeeds), and continues to pull the board as I walk away.
Ott Edgebanders have a way of making production SO easy and effortless!!

This is the Octopus Spray table.
The articulating arms can be positioned to hold a full panel all the way down to the smallest of parts.
This makes life so much easier for those who do spraying.
The operator stands in one place and sprays away as the table spins.

10’ board to edgeband?
No problem at all!!!!
Here you can see how easy it is to handle these large boards.
The air tables make it effortless, as the boards just float right into place!!!!!!
Also, the automatic infeed literally grabs the panel and pushes it snug against the fence, avoiding the possibility of a misfeed.
You may ask… Why is Marcia feeding these large boards anyway?
Because the local company that just purchased our showroom machine (Ott Storm w/return system) had 2 huge jobs to get out, so they brought the boards to Nutek where we ran these jobs for them on their new machine.
To say they were ecstatic with the Edgebanding process and achieving perfect edges is a total understatement, as we have now made their production lives SO much easier!!!
This local company will be furnishing their new facility in Cleveland, Ohio with the Ott Edgebander, KRC CNC, Stema drill and dowel, multiple Jowi portable racks as well as our Dust Devil dust collector.
They will have the dream production facility equipped with heavy duty and reliable machines that are designed to work hard and produce perfect panels with ease.
