ScrapCom, Inc. is family-owned and operated company that relies on a variety of laborer skillsets to conduct operations at our Cleveland, OH facility.

Responsibilities include the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with supervisor and co-workers. Operate equipment in a safe and productive manner.

Position Responsibilities:
• Sort scrap metal/recyclable plastics into appropriate commodities and remove nonconforming items.
• Ensure packages meet customer specifications.
• Excellent safety and attendance record.
• Clean workstation at the end of the shift.
• Ensure all equipment, including Personal Protective Equipment, is in good working condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirements:
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of team.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
• Dedication to the organization’s goals.
• Scrap metal knowledge a plus

• Ability to work on your feet and lift 50lbs.
