Another trailer saved and built to last 🔧💪

This aluminum landscape trailer gate was starting to fail from the daily abuse of loading heavy mowers. The factory setup just wasn’t holding up—bent sections, weak points, and not built for real-world use.

We went through it, and fully reinforced the gate to handle the weight and repeated use it sees every day. Added strength where it matters so this thing isn’t folding up again anytime soon.

Boat Lift Repair – Don’t Ignore This ⚠️

This one could’ve turned into a big problem fast.

A loose bracket allowed a bolt to wear straight into the main frame of this boat hoist. Over time, it weakened a critical structural point — something you don’t want failing with your boat in the air or in the water.

This trailer gate was worn completely through from grinding on the pavement during loading and unloading of lawn care equipment — a common issue that sneaks up over time.

Big project wrapped up at Solvay Recreation Alleys — one of the oldest bowling alleys in Central New York.

We were brought in to remove the full set of bowling pinsetter machines as the building begins its transition into new office and warehouse space. These machines aren’t small or simple — years of wear, tight spaces, and aging materials made this a job that required planning and precision.

With old wood lanes, sawdust, and demolition debris throughout the building, fire prevention was a top priority. We took extra precautions during all cutting and removal processes to make sure everything was done safely and controlled from start to finish.

Another fabrication job finished up.

This dump truck needed a stronger pintle hitch mounting plate, so I removed the original setup and built a new heavy-duty steel hitch plate. The new plate is thicker, reinforced, and tied into the frame to handle the kind of loads these trucks actually see.
