Who needs a sauna when your job site IS the sauna 😅🔥

North Carolina heat isn’t playing around this week — and our crews are still out there getting it done. Before you head out this Fourth of July weekend, here’s how the S&R team stays cool on the job:

1. Hydrate before you’re thirsty—water all day, not just at lunch

2. Wide-brim hats + UV sleeves are your best friend

3. Take breaks in the shade when you can (heat peaks 12-4pm)

4. Electrolytes > energy drinks when it’s this hot

5. Watch for signs of heat exhaustion — in yourself and your crew

The answer is usually… yes.

Around here, leading by example means showing up, pitching in, and doing whatever needs to get the job done. That’s just how we were raised.
