Happy Halloween 👻

Feel Good Friday!
🎃 Balancing the project site, the clients, and the boss can be downright scary sometimes—but we make this graveyard of horror look like a cakewalk! No tricks, just treats and teamwork over here. Happy Halloween from the crew! 🧟‍♂️👻

Feel Good Friday!

Just a little Friday magic from our very own grass fairy. Turns out the magic wand is a hydroseeder.

Hope everyone has a great weekend from S & R!

Feel Good Friday 🎶

We asked the S&R crew to give us their walkout song and make their grand exit.

Unbeknownst to them, we made a few… adjustments.

HIRING
We work outdoors on job sites stabilizing soil and preventing erosion. You can go to our website, www.ncseeding.com, to see more about the type of work we do.
We are looking for people who like to work outside and have a clear understanding of what physical labor means. We will train the right person. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, walk on rough terrain, and work in all types of weather.
This job is not for the weak-minded or the couch potato. If you have low aspirations for your life, this is not for you. If you are not a team player, or if you are into “workplace drama”—this job is not for YOU.
If you thought there was not a place for you to fit in because you're not an office or warehouse type of person, but you like working with your hands and are open to learning new skills—check us out.
CDL drivers are always welcome to join us but just understand that everyone works on the job site.

We start at 7:00 am, not 7:01 am.

Happy Feel-Good Friday! 🙌

You’ve got the machine loaded up, tools put away, and you’re already thinking about the weekend… then you hear, “Hey, before you leave, can you do one more thing?”

And somehow “one more thing” means 47 more. 🤨

Happy Feel Good Friday! We’re back after a little vacation break and getting right back to it.

Boss asked for a few pictures from the job site. We said, “Say less.”

Turns out, job site pictures are 100% better when you pose in them.

Have a happy + safe weekend from the S&R family!
