AN Repair Washers are a one time use only seal. If you have a persistent leaky fitting simply place the AN Repair Washer onto the MALE end of an AN Fitting before tightening the connection.

HOW TO INSTALL A REPAIR WASHER

Step 1 – Place the Repair Washer over the AN Male Fitting. The Repair Washers are sized to fit flush.
Step 2 – Apply the recommend torque as noted above.
Step 3 – Wait 15 to 20 seconds and then re-torque.
