In case you thought we were joking, here's a pic of one of our signs coming down! Thanks to Nino of N. Mallari GC Roofing, he's going to hang it in his barn. I hope American Pickers don't give him a fortune for it! Maybe you can see it if you go to see his Christmas lights.

We are still at it, stock is going down but we still have PLENTY of bargains left on both materials and hardware. All price ticketed store items are now reduced 25% from ticket prices, plus, we have loads of CLEARANCE and SPECIAL PRICE deals. ALL of our lumber, plywood and other building materials have received even further mark downs. Besides the STORE CLEARANCE SALE, we are conducting a GIANT YARD SALE! Tools, housewares, equipment, electronics, junk! You name it. it's probably in there.

We're working extra hours trying to clear this place out and it's begining to show, so don't miss out! Stop in today to get your share of the bargains.

So, the BIG question seems to be: When is your last day? The honest answer: I wish I knew! Despite over 58 years experience serving Wilmington and environs with their window, door & bulding material needs, this is our FIRST TIME EVER closing the store. It's a new experience for both myself and all of our employees. We'll be at it until everything (or almost everything) is gone. Despite an overwhelming response to our LIQUIDATION SALE, we have barely scratched the surface as far as our inventory goes. We started out with almost a half million dollars worth of stock to dispose, we still have plenty left. Some items are already gone, some are in short supply. We are continuing to restock certain select, good moving, high demand items as long as we can. Through it all our SPECIAL ORDER business continues to thrive. Windows, doors, cabinets, countertops and other items will be available as long as we are able to get them in a reasonable lead time. Don't hesitate to call for all of your special order needs, we're still doing it at great prices!
