I took time out of my schedule today to train this older guy, he has worked out at the gym like forever, I’ve been training him for literally years, I help him set his 6 month, quarterly, monthly, & weekly Goals. He has his daily workout with exercises sets reps and weight progression.
Very seldom does he get it right. Many times during his workout he stops in the middle of sets and spots other people or gives unasked for advice to other people working out. A lot of times he skips sets. He miss counts reps every day. Now he does train Hard and continues to make progress but I swear if he would just stick to the workout we have mapped out his progress would be so much better. He never thanks me for my help. some many times I say I’m not training him any more But he’s very consistent and keeps showing up I bet some of yall have helped him through his workouts too
Thank you for helping him out I’m sure he wouldn’t still be training as hard without you

Monday thru Friday training 4 to 6 or 6:30
