If you want to have more Energy and less pain and stiffness with a bit more muscle tone a General Condition workout of 30 to 45 minutes 3 times a week will help you to accomplish this Goal.
For many people this is all they want from a fitness program
But many people start this type program and within a couple months quit training because they saw a little results at first but to continue to see change you have to continue to increase intensity and they did not continue to increase the intensity so their progress slowed.

Don’t know who or why someone feels the need to move handles and take ( steal) pads from pieces of equipment to make it where other gym members can’t use the equipment until I replace the pads and or handles. I will spend the time later today to look through the cameras and you will not be allowed back in the gym and you may be Facebook famous. Shame on you. 10 pads gone

Can you continue to make progress and build more muscle as you age? Yes you can
Most people stop training shortly after they start because they stop seeing results.
This happens because people stop changing their workouts. You have to keep increasing the intensity in order for your body to change. Most people start with a general conditioning full body program two to 3 days week. If you start with two days a week make sure to get to 3 days a week as soon as possible. Change from full body to muscle groups and train 4 days a week. If you want more change split the workout more and do 6 days a week. Always try to increase what your doing add more reps, more weight, more sets if you don’t continually make changes your body will not continue to change.

I took time out of my schedule today to train this older guy, he has worked out at the gym like forever, I’ve been training him for literally years, I help him set his 6 month, quarterly, monthly, & weekly Goals. He has his daily workout with exercises sets reps and weight progression.
Very seldom does he get it right. Many times during his workout he stops in the middle of sets and spots other people or gives unasked for advice to other people working out. A lot of times he skips sets. He miss counts reps every day. Now he does train Hard and continues to make progress but I swear if he would just stick to the workout we have mapped out his progress would be so much better. He never thanks me for my help. some many times I say I’m not training him any more But he’s very consistent and keeps showing up I bet some of yall have helped him through his workouts too
Thank you for helping him out I’m sure he wouldn’t still be training as hard without you
And if you haven’t had time to work out with Him come get one in he training
Monday thru Friday training 4 to 6 or 6:30
