EZ Way, Inc. is hiring a Design Engineer to support the development and improvement of safe patient handling equipment.

This role focuses on practical engineering work (design, testing, and production support), while working directly with cross-functional teams to move products from concept to market.

Duties include:
· 3D modeling and 2D production drawings
· Product testing and prototype development
· Collaboration with sales, vendors, and production
· Ongoing product improvement and issue resolution

Your work will directly develop equipment that serves an integral role in improving the lives of caregivers and those they care for.

Known for his exceptional customer service, Wiff was described as not only a trusted vendor, but also “seriously the nicest vendor” many have ever worked with. He’s responsive, dependable, and always willing to help, whether that means answering a question, connecting a team member with the right resource, or simply checking in to see how things are going.

But it’s Wiff’s actions that truly demonstrate his commitment to the caregivers and residents our customers serve. When a facility urgently needed a lift because of an unexpected change in a resident’s needs, Wiff helped make the impossible happen, delivering a new lift within 48 hours. When a new maintenance team member needed support, Wiff personally visited the facility to provide lift maintenance training and answer questions.
